It is on all my channels. I have cable tv... I have tried several mpeg2 codec: nvidia purevideo, ATI avivo, ffdshow, dscaler, powerdvd, SAF, but all with the same result... </p><p>What can be wrong ? Is it the codec, hardware or ?? </p><p>My HTPC plays Blu Ray flawless in PowerDVD...</p></blockquote><p></p>
