I love the mid strip, it makes everything look a bit more professional somehow, and it would be great to have the option of keeping.

Looks good with the new list view. I really think it's better without the mid-strip hence allowing for a longer list. Also the big folder preview is great. I'm not quite sure on the compositional balance though... Need to see it IRL to judge it. Good to hear the wife is better and yet unable to do chores ;-)

Nice skin! i like the clean playbar, no WMP clone

i guess the midstrip is what i call "playbar". I definitely want it, it helps with the navigation.

PS: not compatible with mp-tvshows i hope it wil be in the next release.

For some reason the mp controls hangs when I switch to filmstrip view. Does anyone else have this problem?
I'm running the latest svn.

I had the same problem as you, but just on one of my clients running XP. (Problem was on both Foofaraw & Xface but filmstrip was working in bluetwo)
I really never figured out the problem, so i just reinstalled the pc with Vista and the problem was gone.

can someone cofirm this issue:
when editing a video with video editor and then exiting the editor, it impossible to open the video editor screen again. Only restart of MP helps

Yeah, it's the same with xface. Tho I don't wanna run vista on my htpc. I wanna keep everything on it as minimal as possible.
I'm actually happy to hear that other ppl have had the same problems I do. I'm just hoping that someone will fix this. Until then I will just stick with Revision (which I still like. I'd just like some variation).
