Bleazle .. great that you started making a "new" foofaraw .. you should start a new topic for your skin .. it has a lot of potential and is GREAT looking

Glad you like it I'm not a "skinner" so I'm not sure if I should put it up - then people will start asking me to tweak it to suit their needs and I made it to suit mine I guess it depends on what people (like yourself) who try it out think.

hi Bleazle the skin look very nice , i will try it next week ...
i thing if you add just ; moving picture,my thriler, and shoucast will be great
and most people will be heppy with that, (but as you know thir will be new pluging all time)
thet what so great in MP...

excellent looking skin. when i try opening MP with it though it says that the skin is outdated (so i have to click 'ignore and try' everytime). any ideas why??

btw, im running RC3 without SVN updates.

cheers for the quick reply. this is the version that i already have which i downloaded today (0.9.4.0), and its still saying its outdated. did i read in one of your threads that theres a 1.0.0.0 version available?

i havent installed the wipeout fonts by the way, could this have something to do with it? where do i put them?

I don't know what's going on there. When I upgraded to RC4 this morning I got the "outdated" message too so I redid the skin using the latest version of Blue 3 and now I don't get that message. I'll try to work out why - maybe someone else (Harley??) can answer this one since I don't know what I'm doing!! (EDIT: Fixed - version number was incorrect)

To install the font unzip it and copy the files to c:windows/fonts.

Let me know if that sorts it for you (I'm sure it won't be that easy though!)

sorry, i only just noticed that its a release for RC4! ill install it now with the latest MP and let you know how i get on. cheers again.

EDIT: Just had a thought - if you've already got Foofaraw installed the "Wipeouts" font will already have been installed anyway..

I forgot to reply to this - when I first put it up I had that on the screen preview but it was a bit of a "joke" on my part - I've never really understood how people can decide if something should be a 0.X.X or a 0.1.2.X etc release so I thought I'd just go for 1.0.0.0

Having said that since the skin is basically based on Blue3 with some extras thrown in (and Mepo thrown out!) I've decided to peg my numbering to that Bue3's - as it changes I'll try to update this skin so that will (hopefully) keep it current.

I wouldn't call it a revival of the Foofaraw skin though - I don't think my "version" is that good but it does what I was hoping for and looks good on my TV which is the main thing (as far as I'm concerned anyway ) so I'm happy with it.

I've just submitted it to the skins repository - I put it up as a 16:9 skin since I use it on my wide screen TV but I don't know where it will end up...

nice one, all working now and im loving the skin so far.

can i make a suggestion that you add hover highlights to the options in MyTV. currently when you hover above an option (eg TV Guide), theres nothing highlighting it. maybe there could even be an option to revert back to the previous layout used in the old foofaraw.

Great to hear it's working for you. I don't know what's going on with the hover/highlight thing though because as you can see from my screen shots they highlight for me:

When I was checking this I noticed that when I clicked "Record Now" from the Live TV screen the dialogue box didn't have a background
