The usb tuner is NTSC but the STB is PAL. I think this should not make a difference as I am using the composite input on the usb tuner, not the tuner itself. But the signal I get is all screwed up with really bad audio. I tried this card with GB-PVR and I needed to put an option in its ini file to force PAL operations.
