Crashes at start on MP 1.13 and MP2 cannot finish last step (when tries to start MP service).

Seems like an .NET Framework problem, but I have installed 3.5 and 4.6 (comes with Windows 10), so I have no clue what's the problem.

First log (Application eventlog) says:

    Hi

Wondering is the NextPVR crash [repeated crash] just before MePo problem is issue?

    30.1.2016. 12:10:00;".NET Runtime";"(0)";"Error";"Application: NextPVR.exe

If is possible to disable NextPVR, reboot and retry - that would hopefully remove one option?

    Cheers - JCMP

Yeah, I noticed that but it's not the cause.
It might be worth noting that NextPVR also doesn't work. I tried some other TV service to check if it is something with MediaPortal but seems that it is something in the system. I'm not the Windows dev guy, more into *nix stuff, but I would guess something with .NET. Maybe both apps need .NET libraries for what they do?

Anyway, deinstalled NextPVR and Kodi, restarted, and still not working.
    Attached logs again.

    Hi,

I have recently get an issue when install MP 1.13 Full installer on fresh Win10.
That need debugging to solve it but in between, i have start installer and select download only and then i have download all needed (some need to be downloaded from MS website) and after that i have installed all downloaded item, some were not needed (that need to be fixed, why download no needed installer lol).

But after that i was able to install correctly MP1. I didn't remember if this time i have start the full installer again or just the 2 separate installer found in %temp% folder inside 'TeamMediaPortal' folder and 'deploy' folder.

You can give a try :)
