Yep, I have also experienced that. If you choose "change aspect ratio" and set it to "original" when you enter the black screen, perhaps then you'll see the picture?

Thanks for that seems normal aspect ratio doesn't work! Original works but doesn't fill the screen properly. Still a bug so will leave it open!

Thanks again

In the meantime you can choose "stretch" and then you'll get the full picture.

I agree it's still a bug.

    Hi rtv,

I'm not using autocropper or are you saying I should? It's disabled in Mp Config at the moment.

    Thanks

I had this problem too... it seems to only appear when you have exclusive mode turned on and you use custom timings from the nvidia control panel. I finally just set it up to only use the custom timings when it's running a fullscreen emulator and went back to 1280x720 for my desktop res. This does mean that my start bar is pretty much off the screen but since its a dedicated HTPC and I rarely use anything other than MP it's not a problem.

Seems it's to do with my crop settings! If I crop left/right more than 6 or 7 the screen disappears!

I've been having the same issue. It's been driving me crazy. It seems for me, if I set my audio to SPIDF out and pass DD through, I cannot play any DVD folders on my HD. I get 5.1 audio fine but no video. If I select Stereo sound instead, It plays fine. Note that MPG files play fine even HD files iwth 5.1. Seems exclusive to DVD folders

What does 5.1 have to do with the video in MP? I really don't want to use an external player but it seems like the only option I have.

Same problem here. I'm not using custom timings, and if i go full screen and try and exit MP it freezes
