Ahhh, I see. Wikipedia tells me they started life as AVIVO, changed name to AMD Media Codec package, and were discontinued in August 2012. The last version is meant to be able to be downloaded from here:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/previous/detail?os=Windows 7 - 64&rev=12.8

...but it looks like AMD are no longer hosting it on their website.
I found Sapphire are hosting it here:
    http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/downloads/?pid=174&psn=0006&lid=1&os=6

Select your OS at the top (not Windows 8), expand AMD Media Codec Package, then download the latest version using the download link on the right. Hope that helps. :)

i have this usb tv tuner and i get this "Noaudiovideo" error... here's the log
    Thanks :)
First, given that you appear to be based in USA, you should configure for NTSC, 29.97 fps and 720x480 here:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...guration/02_TV_Servers/5_Scan_Analog#Settings

The audio problem is likely to be caused by one of two things:
    1. Incompatible software encoders.
    2. Channels not configured with the correct audio source.
The second point should be easy to check:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...guration/03_TV_Channels/Add_or_Edit_a_Channel
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/@api/deki/files/2582/=Tuning_detail_1_Analog-TV.png

Check the audio source. Ideally it should not be set to automatic.

The first point is much harder. Software encoders can be a real pain in the backside. They have to be compatible with both the tuner and TV Server. It is a case of trial and error until you find some that work. I see you've got the Intervideo and Mainconcept encoders. I'd recommend the ATI AVIVO encoders; they're the most robust I've found with the lowest CPU requirements.

I have installed ATI AVIVO encoders and set them as #1 priority in software encoders... I have set audio to Line input, aux and spdif but none worked. See new logs

TV Server is still using the Mainconcept encoders as before. You need to restart the TV service after changing the priority of software encoders.

I have tried ntsc also still sync issues.. i am suspecting it's the ati codecs? The card comes with tvmedia3 which installs arcsoft encoder... can't i use the arcsoft mpeg encoder on mediaportal??
