Ahhh, I see. Wikipedia tells me they started life as AVIVO, changed name to AMD Media Codec package, and were discontinued in August 2012. The last version is meant to be able to be downloaded from here:

...but it looks like AMD are no longer hosting it on their website.
I found Sapphire are hosting it here:
http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/downloads/?pid=174&psn=0006&lid=1&os=6
Select your OS at the top (not Windows 8), expand AMD Media Codec Package, then download the latest version using the download link on the right. Hope that helps.
