Please, isn't there anyone that compile MyTVseries with SubtitleDownloader 0.9.1 and the rev 2.0 of the patch? I've been trying like 2 hours now but I can't get it to work! I can build it but the config itself in the MP config keeps throwing errors at me :(

PM if you don't want to post it here!

I spend 7 hours to compile both of them. Did you remember to cpy all the fileinto mp root and plugin dir? (I just tried rev1.0)

Gibman: What are the changes for rev 2.0. Did 1.0 break playing in mptvseries or? Please make a changelog. And yeah i can't play any tv show in mptvseries. Currently i'm unsure what it's related to. Unsure wheter i compiled it wrong, but everything else seems to work just fine. Moving picutres work fine as well... Hmm. And coudln't find anything interesting in my log.

Edit: sorry didn't see this: 0.2 fixed playback problem

It seems to have compiled correctly, a few warnings aside.

But when running MyTVseries config I get some failures, like in the log below:

Where did you get the required API key for My-TVSeries btw?

But I was just thinking... is this operational? Aren't there any skinfiles required or anything?

It doesn't seem to work... I've configured the config screen, but when I press Download in MP itself nothing happens... no box, no downloaded subtitle in the respective folder, nothing... What the hell am I doing wrong?

I don't know what API key you're talking about... I just got the mptvseries trunk myself, apply patch and that's it.
I don't think it requires additional skinfiles. I didn't change anything and i works fine.

You forgot to copy to language files...

No, they're there in MP's Program Files folder and I put them in the \External folders.

If you use win7 they should be here: V:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\language\SubtitlesRetriever. They don't have to be in external.

Edit: i got the api key problem as well. So in which file is i located...? Hmm

No API-key = no import

It's in the 'resourceFile':
No APIKey...if you compile yourself you need to register an APIKey at theTVDB.com and add it to the resourceFile, nothing will be downloaded!
