I'm relatively new to the plugin but very happy with it so far, just wondering if it's possible to filter the list by movie genre, I can see the categories are listed in the database and it's possible to display them in the plugin but it would be nice to be able to switch to show 'all comedies' or some such.

you can view different Genres by changing the view to Genre in My Movies.
If the current views avilable are not to your requirements, you maybe able to create a new view within MediaPortal Configuration. See the wiki . MediaPortal/Configuration/Movies/Views - MediaPortal Manual Documentation
