I've no idea what the Kodi RC6 remote plugin is - I'm pretty sure I've never played around with that.

Thanks All - family has been in the way of progressing this and I've had to downgrade to the previous version of Mepo (so glad that's supported!) to avoid Screaming-six-year-old-twins Syndrome. I'll revisit this at a later date when I can try an upgrade again with enough time to dedicate to getting it to work. So apologies for dumping this thread and thanks for the tips so far!
