Forgot to mention, do not buy anything that is overclocked, Nvidia drivers are spitting their dummy out with these cards and giving TDR's, i know mine will, so I have underclocked to get stable.

some of you mentioned Tesla drivers. Which and where from you are getting them?

I would like to test with GT440.

I use Quadro/Tesla Driver v276.42 with a modded *.inf File, that i can use this one with my GT430

If you need to modify the Quadro/Tesla driver .inf files, basically the Quadro 600 uses the same chip as the GT430.

What benefits do you get/see using Tesla dirvers? Are they impacting HTPC needs?

With the normal GForce Driver i never get the Lines ( Shift +1 ) really smooth. After Tony gave me an hint to test the Tesla Drivers, i was impressed.

I use now : Latest Tesla Driver / dshowhelper 092a_noDWM / TSreader v0.41 .... and erverything is smooth and flat.
Never had a better performance of my HTPC. I can only say 1000 x THX to Tony

Are you using v276.42 or latest Tesla that I found v285.58 ?
