Please provide the fontEngine.log. Maybe it shows wrong texture handling. But I have to say that this is most likely such issue that it would require debugging on the machine itself that can be used to trigger the bug.

I too am having similar problems ever since i upgraded to 1.2.
I removed the channel logos and this helps A LOT! Flicking between channels works almost every time without anything freezing. Although it still happens occasionally. I also found that when it does freeze, a simple back (to the previous screen), and then the stop button will stop the tv feed and allow you to select a channel and everything starts working again. I played around with only having 3 channels with logos to see if it was the channel with the logos specifically having the problem. This made little to no difference as you could still only change the channel once and the next selection you made, it would freeze again!
Don't know if this is the same as others but when it freezes up the screen goes black and then about 5-10 seconds later i get a single frame from the channel that it was last working on.
Hope this might help with the debugging.

mp log have to wait until next time it happens. fontengine.log says

When the issue happens next time please update both logs again.
Hi I'm having similiar problems. Sometimes after switching the channel the screen hangs. Sometimes it falls back to the tv menu screen and sometimes I have to complete stop mediaportal. Mediaportal also sometimes hangs when I enter the channel list and want to switch a channel. If this occurs I have to complete restart mediaportal.
Sys Info:
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium SP2
TV Card: Skystar HD2
All other mp modules are working fine...I have some logs attached.

no I could produce the next bug. I was switching through the channels and suddenly the picture of the channel freezes. If I press a button on my remote I can still here the MP Sounds! logs = bug_2.rar
as far as I can see the Stream is Still active on the tv-server!

Observed the disappearence of the issue with both skins (Xface 1.8.0, Monchrome 2.9) I tried on Vista SP2 with MediaPortal 1.0.2. So maybe this leads to the conclusion that Blue3wide has some bug in it, but I don't know.

I can reproduce this problem very consistently. I am using MediaPortal 1.0.2, Vista SP1, Catalyst 9.8. Motherboard is Gigabyte MA78GPM-DS2H.
I disabled all plugins except the TV and used the default Blue3Wide skin. I selected "TV" from the home page, switched on the TV, and clicked to make the TV full screen.
I then clicked the info button ("Y") repeatedly. On the 3rd or 4th time, the picture froze. The audio continued to play. The application was completely unresponsive, I had to kill it using task manager.

do you use tv logos???if yes just delete them and try again.i have this problem also but no solution yet.
i can confirm ur notice the problem is in the blue3wide skin with the tv logos it stuck all the time when you press the info and then the back button of the remote very fast.i have now test it wit other skin black and white 1080 and no problem so devs have a closer look or advise us how to solve the rpoblem becuase i like the blue3widw skin.
