GUI incredibly slow Performance (1 Viewer)

Same issue here =( For a long time I used MP1 and now I installed MP 2.2.2... And it's not working at all. I'm even can't get into settings menu. After 20-30 second of running it becomes dramatically slow, even 'on hover' response with click sound delayed for 40-50 seconds, and finally it freezes completely. There is no any significantly load in Task manager, if there are any other software running, it running good (YouTube videos etc). Of course I tried to make fresh reboot, kill all other software etc.
Specs are Ryzen 2700 16gb 1050ti ssd, win10 1903 msdn (no modifications with powertools, no killing telemetry etc). I cleaned up old MP1 and made fresh install of client only.
Does not work in windowed mode nether. However in full screen mode but not in focus it starts to respond normally until first click.

An install without the MP2 Server is not meaningful and useless. The MP2 client is not able to connect to he MP1 TV server. No wonder that the MP2 GUI is not responsive.

Please check out the release news and Wiki about how to install both MP2 and MP1 in parallel.

No, MP2 server is installed on other ('server') PC and works fine, MP2 client is on my main PC, and I even can't setup it's connection to the server...

I believe, I'm experiencing same problem: Stuttery UI behaviour when in focus, super fast outside focus.

Several issues on your system:

So in summary DNS seems to fail, so does Dokan.

The log isn't showing this. The server connection nedes to be established before the client can do anything meaningful.

With debug and focus logs enabled. I disabled ipv6 on PC and MP, still can only do something with focus/unfocus trick...

You are getting "Access denied" errors:

Check the server log.

The error may also explain why you are still having the above-mentioned DNS error. In other words the network functionality is just not there.

By the way: you may want to define a user/password combination in the setup that allows the server process to access your shares.

One other question: we have no Russian translations for MP2. Are you interested in supporting the project and providing translations?

I'm glad to, however to make any click I shall wait 20-30 secs to interface unfreeze after unfocus... I believe MP client should allow me to make all settings even if MP server is not started at all. Or not?

I disabled firewall on server and now I can see the TV picture, however the interface is still totally unresponsive while in focus =(
