One I've seen is when you are watching a program and another program on the same mux starts to record; results in looping pixelated video. Can anyone else confirm this?

I can confirm this - I'm guaranteed to get the corrupted looping when a recording starts while watching a show on the same mux (even when it starts a recording on the same channel as being watched). Hardly ever get it otherwise.
