Half the channel gets scrambled after restart mediaportal (1 Viewer)

well i can switch between cyberlink and ATI and different resolutions fine now, restart and pic looks fine,
720 x 576 says its PAL it works fine.
but i set back to 704X480 because it say NTSC, not sure if using PAL setting with my NTSC tuner will work well in the long run ?

There is definitely no harm in using it in the long run. If PAL works with Cyberlink, that indicates that the Cyberlink encoder is only setup to handle PAL inputs... and that was what I was interested to find out.

not sure why i cant duplicate the problem, when switching back to settings when I did have scrambled bottom of video, seems no mater what settings i set, it works great.
