When i click on ADD new capture card -> Unable to create graph for this device!!
All older version of mediaportal work fine... What's happening?

Sounds like you are not using TVServer.

Why i need to use tv server? I use mediaportal only for music, digital TV and pictures... all in local and I don't need to stream anything... (may be i don't understand what is tvserver...)

TVServer allows 1 DVB TVCard to record more than 1 channel at a time (as long as its on the same mux, so you can watch\record 5\6 channels same time).

it auto-detect your TV card, unlike MP's built in Tv, you also do not need the MediaPortal program running to do recordings.

if not and you want to use the inbuilt TV make sure the capturecardsdefinitions.xml is in your userfiles folder.
