Scanning ASTRA 28.2'E 2a, 2b, etc all frequencies return no signal, this seems to be a recent bug, previously scanning returns roughly 700 channels.

Could this be related to the Hauppauge S2 settings?

Better logs

I've attached better tv log for this problem, I realised my last logs had a lot of other activity.

The signal level is 100% while scanning but no quality setting.
