Well i just tryed with the official 23097, and i got my IR working again, so i guess the MCE drviers don't support the remote....

However the tv has began to slowdown incredible with these drivers :(..
I'm going to try out drifferent versions of the drivers to see if that helps..

Changing the parameter does not really solve the problem : TV video is always not fluent.

Using the "!" key, I've seen that with the PVR USB2, fps is at 50. With my 2 other USB2 cards (Nova-T), the fps is only at 25. Perhaps this is the problem.
IT is not an USB2 problem, the other thuner are working very well, and at the same time.
Just for this, I have add a dedicated additional USB2 card, to check if it is the problem. The result is exactly the same.
I have done a clean install, with only the PVR USB2, and still the same thing.

Log files don't give any information on this. I could publish all of them somewhere if it can help understanding the problem.

FPS at 50? wow :) thats fast.. i doubt any USB could supply that..

Currently i have the following situation:

I start TV: 5 seconds normal view...
After that every 3 seconds i get a hickup.. :(
Sound is correct..

    however if you use bob-deinterlacing then it will be 50
    Bob deinterlacing doubles the framerate but this is done by your PC
    and not by the PVR USB2

    ps: SageTV, Meedio etc all work without stuttering.. same VMR 9 renderless setups same codecs..

    I don't use any deinterlace mode.
    I don't understand that when I'm watching a channel from the Nova-T it is at 25fps, and with a channel from the PVR USB2 it is at 50.

    The remark on bob-deinterlacing have made me thinking of a new test : I have done a record of the jerky TV. Playing the record program is ok !

    One more thing : the "\card1\TempSBE" was not empty when the card is not activate. I clear the directory by hand.
    Does not help.

    Arf, since one hour I'm testing every thing I thought of. And I've just succeed to have a clean viewing.

    changing the medium rate to 768/4000 didn't make a difference for me :(
    I'm using the provided coder.. but without no deinterlace bob..

    Any additional settings that i missed?

    Hi,

    Just bought the wintv pvr usb2, and I have the same issue.

    I tried with 2.6 driver, then changed to beta 2.7_23178 but it is always the same:
    tv is shuttering, sound is making some 'clic'

    I tried 1.3.0 and 2.0.0 versions, no change.

    I understood that there is no way to eliminate this issue, but what configuration do you use in order to reduce this?
