Hauppauge remote, not working. (1 Viewer)

Sitting at work at the moment but I can dig up the log when I get home.
Problem is that Mediaportal doesn't seem to be able to get the control of the remote.
It was something like: HCW????? taking control of remote failed!

It works perfectly in other applications e.g. ZoomPlayer.

I've tried 1.3.0 and RC2.

Just want to add that it doesn't seem to be the same problem as the other thread, since this doesn't work in either 1.3.0 or RC2.

Synopsis::

The Hauppauge remote doesn't activate properly in Mediaportal. It works without problems using Hauppauge own program in e.g. ZoomPlayer. It also says in the log that it successfully closed the external program but fails to start the internal control.
I've tried the latest versions with the drivers (though not installed at the moment), done a complete re-install. Have used mediaportal without the irremote program running. Still the same result. This also happens in RC2 which I've tried as well.

Please use RC2 with latest CVS and post a log with "Extended Logging" (configuration.exe/Remotes/Hauppauge) again if you still have problems. I can't support lower versions anymore, sorry.

Ok, have updated everything including the drivers for the hauppauge card.
The latest CVS is installed (29:th of Jan).

It actually works for about 2-3 min, it seems that when entering fullscreen TV and no buttons is pressed then it looses the whole thing.
I have to disable/re-enable the hauppauge card to get the ir working again, for about 2-3 min.

Disable "External processes may use the remote control" or enable "Keep control when MP looses focus".

It seems to work when letting MP keep the control.
Problem is that the remote don't work in ZP anymore due to the focus-setting of MP.
If I turn the "keep control" off the whole IR function seem to hang.
It doesn't work at all until I restart the HW card (disable/enable in device manager).

Unfortunately it seemed to work at first but it hangs after a while anyway.
Since the I also tried Meedio and it doesn't hang the remote.

So basicaly, any suggestions are welcome.
Have absolutely no idea why it hangs in MP but not in other applications.
