Just to confirm these are all the correct C++ versions required

BBC use some odd encoding for HD which is not standard and PC codecs tend not to particularly like it.

Can you download GraphStudio open up MP in windowed mode and start BBC HD. Then in GraphStudio choose connect to remote graph and select MP from the list.

Then use the make graph screenshot option (graph menu or ctrl + f12). Post the image here.
Then disconnect from the remote graph (else things will start crashing)

Then can you choose render media file from file menu and point it at a BBC HD recording and press the play button. What is CPU usage like then?

(Note: on W7 you won't be able to connect to a remote graph without the proppage DLLs. You can get them from -->here<--.)

    Hi
I assume the c++ were all present and correct.

I've installed SAF and used suggested audio codec, result still the same.

Run graph studio with proppage, could not get screenshot or find where it saved it so used snipping tool.

Also included snips of MP and WMC on Channel 4 Hd with cpu meter on display.

Have you got unlocked SAF (pm hoborg), have you tried using PDVD11 codec, any difference.

screenshot thing in graphstudio just goes to clipboard IIRC.

Can you also do the thing with playing a 4HD recording within graphstudio.

Yes I know... I want to see if you have the same issues with recordings from 4HD. Mainly outside of MP. You can render the media files in graphstudio (as above) and then click play. I want to take MP out the equation and see if you still have issues directly in graphstudio

These are all from recordings. Graphstudio wont connect to PDVD.
One with TVservice stopped other in idle.
PDVD 10 also shows high usage.
MP and Graphstudio wont play WMC recording
