Hey Guys, as part of the next version of MovingPictures there will be some improvements to the default title sorting in the GUI. We will be using the movie scraper language property to determine what title articles should be used when modifying the corresponding movie sort-by title e.g. If your movie title is 'Die Hard' and you used an English scraper for that movie, then 'Die' wont be removed as it does in the current version.

The current setting for Articles is as follows:
    Code:
    the|a|an|ein|das|die|der|les|la|le|el|une|de|het

Firstly we would like the community help in identifying the languages in the current articles e.g.

    en(the|a|an),
    de(ein|eine|der|die|das),
    pt(a|as|o|os|um|uma|uns|umas),
    nl(de|het),
    fr(le|la|les|un|une|des|l)
    ...

Secondly if there is any additional articles that can be removed from sort-by titles for different languages then now is the time to mention them.

    Thanks for your help!

    nl(de|het)

which could be expanded to nl(de|het|een) however problem is that 'een' has double meaning in Dutch, it can mean 'one' (as in '1') or 'a/an', so might be best to not use it as was done with default MovPic setting. I think most Dutch users with article removal enabled would want a movie such as "http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083300/" to sort under 'E', but could be wrong.

Any objections with forcing two letter language codes? So instead of pt_br make it pt.

Do articles even differ for different dialects?
