Home button or back button (1 Viewer)

Hi all
I switched to Win7 and have now a touchscreen and now I´m installing MP new.
I really like the xfactor skin - very professionell. The only thing I need is a BACK or HOME button in the Topbar.
Could this be done? This will make the touchscreen for using musiklibrary very usefull.

O.k. I think I will do it another way and still need a little help
When playing music I go into the topbar and under "GO TO" you can make a choise. how can I add a link to the mainmenu here?
And is there a chance to do this in mylyrics , too?
Any help is welcomed
