I got a similar question - but for DVDs.
If I have one move in two parts - what shall I do?

I don't see what you mean exactly. Is your movie on two DVD's or two parts on the same DVD.
When it comes to DVD's, Media Portal will play it (menu included, which is not the case for Blu-ray) like any DVD player.

I mean the situation with 2 (or 3) separate DVDs for one movie.

Let's assume that these 3 DVDs are stored in 3 folders - each containing VIDEO_TS subfolder.
These 3 folders are store in some share (like "MyDVDs").
When I select "MyDVDs" as one of the folder to be scanned by MovingPictures, then it will find 3 DVDs.
Then I can join them to one entry and specify a corresponding name of the movie.

So, in the list of movies the added movie will have 3 associated files which I can sort in a required order:
    - MyDVDs\Part 1\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.ifo
    - MyDVDs\Part 2\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.ifo
    - MyDVDs\Part 3\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.ifo

But what will I have if I start this movie from MovingPictures, it will not ask me which part DVD to start.

    Check the file-order.

MovPic Config -> Movie Manager -> select myDVDs entry -> use "Movie Details" drop down option to select file -> view order of the 3 DVDs and change them as needed.
