How can I force the episode view to show all episodes even if I don't have them? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,
I am constantly missing episodes of series without noticing so want to know if anyone can help my in my proposed solution.

First a bit of background: I have in the past done slight changes to skins to add stuff like file names to check that the episode has been parsed correctly before watching it but still get court out when I have missed an episode. For example say I have episodes 1-5 missed 6 due to a PC crash or power cut and the 7-24. If I watch to 5 without noticing 6 is missing then the next day come to watch the next episode it will not tell me I have missed an episode (I hide watched episodes and episodes I don't have locally so that I can easily see what shows have episodes I have but haven't watched yet) as the missing episode is not stored locally and the previous episode has already been watched!

My proposed solution is to leave the Show and Season views as they are (hiding watched and episodes I don't have locally) but change the episode view to show all episodes whether I have them locally or not!

Is this possible and if so HOW!

In fact thinking about it the other way it could be solved could be instead of un-restrict only the episode view to leave all the views unrestricted and instead restrict the show view (the one that shows the banners with the names of each show) to only show the shows that have episodes that I have locally and are unwatched. This is kinda the opposite of the other idea...

I can get this affect temporarily by having it set to only show unwatched episode and hide episodes that aren't local then without restarting the plug-in turn on showing all episodes whether they are local or not... It seems to "Screw up" and not update the show screen until you exit the plug-in...

Can this affect be made permanent IF the original post can't be done?

If you enable the option 'Download episode information for whole series' and disable 'Show only local files' then it will show you all episodes.

If you enter Unwatched view in this state, then it will filter out the episodes you have watched.

Note: When you enable 'Download episode information for whole series' you will need to do atleast 1 import to see the information.

Sorry I wasn't clear enought. I know how to use the current options to show all watched/unwatched and to show/hide episodes I don't have but I want to be different :sorry: and have different the show files I don't have locally selected ONLY for the last screen (the one with the episodes shown not the seasons or shows)... Is it posible?

I have been looking thought the skin files hoping I could trick it into doing this but still no luck Please help guys... Is it posible or am I looking at working out the plugin's source code and creating a patch to do this?
