How do I get a Divco Digital 4 TV card to work with TV server (1 Viewer)

I can scan for the Divico channels in the RC1 Jul 01 SVN TV engine but the TV server cannot find any channels for the same card - why?

I have tried to follow the help on hybrid and have followed the setup procedure videos.

Dvico Digital 4 Dual Digital TV tuners
P4 3ghz
1.5G Ram
XP SP2
