    Hi,
Arcsoft dll, you can have it by install trial version of arcsoft TMT5 :) but it's not needed for bitstream, it's only needed if you don't bitstream and use PCM.
So for bitstream, you have to check all option (Bitstream and output Formats (except Use DTS-HD Framing .....).
I have set Directsound device as audio renderer.
You need Nvidia or ATI that manage Bitstream (with HDMI), i know that ATI 5770 and Nvidia GTX-460 works :).
And of course use LAV Splitter as source filter for all (mkv, m2ts, Bluray (i'm using BDHandler for 1.2.1 Final).
    Cheers,
    Seb.

I know the website looks suspicious but it's not. This is a great place to get SVN builds of lots of video tools - MPC, FFDShow, etc. It's a russian site but I've been using it for years and never had a problem.
