How do I find documentation on how to setup LNB configuration in mediaportal for a dual feed monoblock LNB (universal) with two exits?

I have the FireDTV connected to the second port of the LNB dual feed monoblock. On the first port I have connected the Sky decoder.

I've tried with Level1-BA and Level1-BB (I think it means port B satellite A and port B satellite B) but if switch on the sky decoder I have problems in getting channels with the firedtv. Strange thing if I disconnect the sky decoder I get no signal on the firedtv.

I've tried to configure di sky decoder simpleA/simpleB and with no dual feed (monofeed) with the same result. It seems it does not support Level1AA/level1AB configuration... could this be the cause of the problem?

    Thanks

Another strange thing: if i turn off the sky decoder on the first port of the LNB I get more channels during scan (with firedtv on the second port of the LNB). If I turn it on I get many more NO SIGNAL. Is it possible that the LNB/DISEQC switch is broken and leaks signal from the first port to the second?

Solution was simple: the sat cable was broken, there was probably a short circuit. I replaced it and everything works like a charm using simpleA / simpleB settings for hotbird/astra.
