How install DirectX 9.0c on Windows 10? (1 Viewer)

So i have major issues. I have tried every single step in this thread to install mp2 without any success.

System:
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
AMD FX8320 OC to 4Ghz
Sapphire R7 260x 2GB DDR5 OC
16GB Gskil Ripjaws running at 1600
Main os on 120GB SSD (kingston i think)
4TB DVR drive
1.5TB downloads drive and other random bs
GBE

I cannot seem to install Directx9 and i even tried the installer from the tinyurl from 2 posts above i have tried all the links and no joy.

I dont know if i am just a noob and have no idea what i am doing (step by step) or what the problem might be.

ANY/ALL help is very much appreciated. I am trying to avoid re cloning my windows 7 back to the SSD it currently resides on a spinning disk.

If you just need to install MP TV server, then the MP1 installer is possibly an easier route to take. Both MP1 and MP2 use essentially the same TV server as their 'back end'.

Downloading http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/7/1/1718CCC4-6315-4D8E-9543-8E28A4E18C4C/dxwebsetup.exe and running the installer works. After that I can also run the MP2-setup.
This is a fresh installation of Win 10 x64 with VS, office and some chemistry programs...
