Ok, tried to collect as good logs as possible. Both server and client are fresh from boot. First tune ~35 secs.

It looks like you both have the same issue, and it appears to be in the TV plugin (MediaPortal client) rather than in the TV Server. I have to go to work now, but I will try to get back to you this evening with a test build to help us find the exact source of the problem.

im seeing similar issue with my setup

its happening particularly when tuning into the HD channel

i have ethernet going 10/100 from the server pc to the client pc so i dont know why its causing problems as the bandwidth should be surely capable

i also see some problems when my server pc is burning a DVD/CD ..it probably is stealling some CPU or memory or something..causing pixelation on the client due to slower upload speed over the ethernet to the client? it seems to make sense at least to me

i just got a new antenna and signal strength and quality are 100%...so its not that

SD channels seems to work fine no matter what my server PC is doing..so im chalking it up to an ethernet/CPU issue

i solve the problem by disable windows firewall on client and server now first tuning is about 8 seconds if i enable firewal then the fisrt tune is about 35 seeconds
sorry no logs atm...

Disabling V6 solved it for me I think.
