[How-To] add iTunes videopodcast, YouTube playlists and user's video (3 Viewers)

It seems everytime I try to follow the steps for adding the channel for Users videos it doesn't save the changes. I've tried going to 'General' then 'Save' but next time I go to config Online Videos any of my changes were not saved. The only way I've been able to add sites is directly writing to the .xml file. Is there a fix, or am I doing it wrong? I've followed the steps one by one.

Hi, sorry 0.27 contains a bug with saving which is fixed in SVN, so it will work again with Onlinevideos 0.28.

editing the XML is a good thing but could be "dangerous": Remember to backup the XML file before editing...

Hi all. I am having problems with adding a youtube channel. I used the format for the URL like was shown http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos?author=shaytards. When in MP I went to onlinevideos and selected Shaytards and it gave an error No Video Found. Any ideas? I am using the latest version of MP and just upgraded OnlineVideos to 0.28.

Just did some searching and Youtube RSS feeds are in the format http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/USERNAME/uploads, but when I use that format I get Error getting category videos.

I got it to work using http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/USERNAME/uploads?orderby=updated

I added a new site

Site NameName: Shaytards
Site Util: YouTube
Language: en
Under advanced I changed useDynamicCategories to False

Then I went under RSS links and clicked the add button
RSS name: Shaytards
RSS URL: http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/shaytards/uploads?orderby=updated
Thumb URL: http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/8mo_6dtBBqQ/default.jpg (copied from their Youttube page image)

Well, that's odd: here it works perfectly.
To further investigate I do need logs (mediaportal.log) and a piece of the onlinevideos.xml

maybe someone can help me, since the last update to vers. 0.27 i can not watch youtube user videos anymore, i receive the message " 0 videos available"
I tried the tutorial but i already had this settings .. here is the online videos log:

I have a question..

Is there also an option for adding subscriptions of youtube as standalone site in onlinevideo's? There are a lot of sites that have it's own channel on youtube with a lot of video's.. You can subscripe on those channels, and watch them in youtube.. This works allready with onlinevideo's in mediapotal in youtube under "user's" subscriptions, but I want them as stand alone sites in onlinevideos..

Hope you guys understand me, and can help a litle!
