How to change language? (1 Viewer)

For sure - I must be blind.... but after reinstall of MP the hidden-menu and context menu entries (not the data) are in english - I'm sure before it was in german. But I can't find out where to change the language.
Please can anyone tell me how to change the language?

Language is defined by OS settings, and/or MediaPortal settings, so check those to ensure all are set to German.

The rest is up to language support in the items you use. Moving-Pictures uses Transifex, and German text-strings for all interface items is fully supported.

It#s absolutly strange: I have set the right language, all Mediaportal Modules (TV,Music, Pictures...) and Plugins show the right language. Pnly Moving Pictures keeps showing english????!!!?

Edit:
Got it: Don't know why and how it happened, but in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\language\MovingPictures I only had 4 langage.xml files. So I reinstalled MovPic --> everything works again
