How to manualy start more than one program (1 Viewer)

Hi!
I would like to know is it possible to start more than one program manualy...
Here is what I want to do: I want to start 4 programs that are on one transporter and want to reencode them with VLC...
I know I can make one, but I want all 4 of them...
