1.39 How to restore the FanArt progress widget that opens when MP starts (4 Viewers)

As noted in the title, I disabled the Fanart progress widget some time back, it's the one that shows on the home screen when you turn MP on. I've decided that I'd like to have it back now but I could not find where I disabled it. Anyone know where it would be? I had thought it was a feature in StreamedMP but no luck there either.
