How to save the timeshift buffer as normal recording (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Skin: blue3wide
Windows Version: win 7 x64

Hey,

just a question regarding the timeshift-buffer.
Following scenario: I watched a world cup game today. After a while i decided to record the game. I thought this is no problem, because the past minutes of the game were in the timeshift buffer. So i right-clicked the TVscreen, choose "record", "record program". unfortunately after the recording i discoverd that MP did not record the full game: Only that, what took place after my order to record has been recorded...

That's why my question is: What did i do wrong to get the game (including the timeshift parts) from timeshiftbuffer to HDD?

as i can see this "bug" will be fixed in MP Version 2 and not in the next version to come next (MP 1.1) ?

it's not a bug, it's just a feature that has never been fully implemented for the tv-server. It is possible to set this up now but as you can see it's not very stable yet.

I guess it depends on gmx if this will make it into the 1.1 version of MediaPortal (which would be awesome) or if we have to wait the next release.

It won't be 1.1, but it could well be that gemx is ready in time for 1.2
