How to set the bitrate for timeshifting (1 Viewer)

You can change the buffer amount, however not the actual bitrate AFAIK.

My guess is that it uses the default recording bitrate. I base this on the fact that when i once accidently lowered the default recording quality's bitrate too low, live TV(with timeshifting on) started looking like crap
