How to update EPG database (1 Viewer)

Id'like to update EPG database with new time compenssation setting with the Tv serveur ( like it's possible in TVE2.0) but it's impossible (it's working only when new data are importing so I have 7 days with bat time in EPG and all new data with ggood time).
How could I delete all EPG data in TVE 3.0 ? Then I'll import again my tvguide.xml.
I am using Microsoft SQL express with one PC on Mysql 5.0 mith my test PC .
