Germany
Yes HD audio is possible throught hdmi but only pcm not bitstream yet, asus xonar it´s supposed to be the first one to do bitstream of audioHD.@justernini: you are very interesting. With audio through HDMI can you do HD lossless audio formats ?
Another question is do you know the difference between the 8200 and the 3200 (for movie rendering not games) ?
Thanks
with HDMI it's possible to use lossless audio formats... but DTS-HD isn't supported yet.
difference between 8200/3200... just your own oppinion... the 3200 has (had) some driver problems in combination with MediaPortal GUI... but playback of HD-contents is nearly the same...
I remapped harmony as MCE with imon soft to control pwdvd and its work great but I have a problem i can control outside of MP perfectly but if i mount a iso and mp launch pwdvd the remote control MP not Pwdvd even being pwdvd as main window, anyone know hot to conrol pwdvd once MP launches it?I'm still hoping someone will answer dave's interesting question about running powerdvd with the remote!? anyone? i would like to know that too!
ok those two are not available here.9150e is available here in Holland and 9350e should also be available (but i haven't spot it yet) ..
They both have a TDP of 65W. Another trick (to be found somewhere in this thread) is to take a 9550 and undervolt it to act like a 9350e. You can also wait for the triple core e's.
the case its for 2HDD but you can put a third one under DVD behind soundgrph´s lcd at your own risk, the manual says that its not good but with good airflow nathig must happens.EDIT: i just received the antec fusion and there is only one thing annoying i think. I was almost sure(must have read wrong) you could put up to 4 HDD and it seems you can only put 2. Is there something i didnt see?
Craigparris if you find a solution please let me know,I use powerdvd8 to play BR iso files it will be nice to use MP player.
