There is definitely something wrong with your setup. Please try the following and report back:
Start SetupTV and enable PowerScheduler plugin
Exit SetupTV
Restart TVService
Start the client and wait for more than 5 minutes (at least 6-7) to see if it goes to sleep
Collect logs from both the Server and the client and post them here
