There is definitely something wrong with your setup. Please try the following and report back:

Start SetupTV and enable PowerScheduler plugin
Exit SetupTV
Restart TVService
Start the client and wait for more than 5 minutes (at least 6-7) to see if it goes to sleep
Collect logs from both the Server and the client and post them here

Great news, it now works. I have attached the logs for your reference, but from what I can see the Power Scheduler Plugin on the TV Server is not activated until you restart the TV Service.
