    Du kannst MP intern dazu bewegen BR ab zu spielen. Du brauchst das Bluray handler Plugin und einen passenden Codec (filter) z.B LAV: 1f0.de – open-source in a closed world | Comments, Storys and Updates about open-source and my work in it und von Slysoft den roten Fuchs. Allerdings werden keine BR Menus supported, sonst musst du einen externen Player einbinden wie z.B Arcsoft TMT5.

    Das weiß ich schon nur ich verstehe nur nicht WARUM das ganze so sein muss?
    Eine DVD geht doch auch, einlegen und abspielen, warum ist dieser aufwand für eine BlueRay nötig? Irgendwas rechtliches?


    Den Sound übertrage ich am besten über HDMI oder?

    so sieht es aus, was (lizenz)rechtliches.
    es sei denn du willst br ohne kopierschutz abspielen dann geht das wohl auch innerhalb.
