Have you replaced the SSD ?

If 'yes' then I would start to suspect the picoPSU or the motherboard/CPU (or possibly the RAM).

Unfortunaltely no, because I have no one. Maybe I can buy a new one and give it back after the test

I alreadyl subjected the RAM an overnight test with Memtest86+ and it found no problem.

First I will replace the ssd.and we will see.

I want to give a feedback. After a complete format of the ssd and a fresh windows install the system is running stable now. Since that I had no crashes or blue screens. I hope it will stays like this.
