Having setup MP before I had an tuner card was relatively simple and stable but after the 2200 I have had lots of problems and stability issues.

I couldn't get analogue scanning on the 2200 to pick up Prime or Triangle in New Zealand so I did that manually which worked. I had to enter manual frequencies though as the TV server did not find the channels when I just entered the channel numbers.

So I have digital and analogue working at the same time. I had problems changing between analogue and digital tuners so setup 1 digital and 1 analogue as a a hybride group and like wise with the other pair. This helped with changing between ananlogue and digital but I am still having problems.

If the last veiwed channel was analogue and I select digital when strating next time I get the "unable to start time shifting". I fix the problem by turning TV off then on again. Another problem is changing between channels. After one or two changes, the video shows a frozen image of the new channel and no sound. If I try another channel, I get a drozen image of that channel and no sound. The fix is to turm the TV off then on again on th GUI. The time shift error seems to be mentioned by a lot of people, can anyone explain why this error comes up and what it means?

I and am running: MP RC2 / SVN 07-11-2008 / 2200 driver 7.2.9.26105

So seems to be a problem with MP TV server but not sure what to do next.

Cheers
Andy
