I'm currently experiencing an issue where I can only watche one scrambeled channel at the time in my multi-seat setup.

I have a dedicated TV-server with 2 x Digital Devices DuoFlex tuners and 1 x Octopus twin CI

The tuners are limited to decoding one channel at the time:

I can stream one scrambled channel and one open channel without problems.

But if I try to stream two scrambled channels all I get is a black screen on the second client.

I have tried using both "auto" and the IP under streaming server with no different result.

    Hello zicoz

Are you sure that your CAM can decrypt more than one channel?
    Did this test work previously?
Does the problem only happen with certain channels?
Are you 100% certain that all the channels you're testing with are part of your subscription and can be decrypted when you test with only one channel at a time?

From the TsReader log files it looks like the second stream is encrypted:
    PES H264 0-0-1 fail

First thing to do is to ensure that the problem is not with the client or streaming. Please use the manual control section of TV Server configuration to attempt to timeshift two channels. There are three checks:
    1. The channel should not be marked as scrambled in the list of tuners.
    2. The TS packet counter should be increasing and the discontinuity counter should be fixed (ideally zero).
    3. The timeshift files should be playable in VLC or any other media software.
    Please confirm.

    :)

It's a dual CI With 2 cams, so each tuner should have access to 1 cam each.

    It used to work earlier

The issue has been there for every scrambled channel that I've tried at least.

And yes the channels I've been testing are available to me.

Come to think if it I had an issue earlier where none of my CAMs worked, and it turned out I had to put the cards into a settopbox from the TV-provider to "update" them, guess I'll give that a try again.

    edit:

Here is a screenshot of 2 channels running on the TV-server:

It depends on how you configure them in the DD config tool.

    Okay.

Yes, that can sometimes be the case with some PC tuners. The drivers don't pass the entitlement updates to the CAM.

So here it looks like you are successfully decrypting two channels. Did you try to play the timeshift files with external software as suggested?

I can play 1 of the 2 timeshift files.

The one named "live2-0.ts.tsbuffer1.ts" Works fine

The one named "live3-0.ts.tsbuffer1.ts" does not work.
