Guys, all you need to do is define the new path in the TVSeries configuration and Import again.

The file references to the old location will be removed and the new file locations will be added to the local episode table. Online Data is not removed!...unless you explicitly delete from the database.

Note: for larger databases 10,000+ files it might be good to do the method above to avoid needing to re-scan media-info in your files, other than that the process is very fast.
