[confirm] Immediate Skip Steps Up/Down empty bar on the skins (1 Viewer)

There is a grey bar that doesn't show anything when pressing Immediate Skip Steps Up/Down. Regular skip correctly shows the skip time inside the grey bar.

In my sample screenshot I used PureVisionHD, but similar problem appears on default widw and Titanr skins.

In 1.2.3 default wide skin the similar bar did not appear at all when pressing up/down and appeared only when pressing left/right showing the skip time.

It just looks wierd - it would be nice to show the immediate skip time, but if you can't - why do you show the empty bar?

I can confirm that, although for me this box is at the bottom (skin: Default, resolution: 800x600 on CRT)
