Have run into the same issue - after reinstalling my unit (doing the upgrades via the testbuilds it was never an issue).

In my config I have an imon Remote plus an Harmony. Currently the only buttons working are up-down-left-right and OK. For me the interesting part - also the buttons with programmed keystrokes are not working (like Home, Guide, ...). In the iMon Konfig Tool I can see the input from the remote (for example the Exit Button is producing the "Aspect" input - so I define in the imon Setup that Aspect is producing the ESC key input

But this is also not working. On the other Hand - using a remote keyboard does react to the Key inputs. So it looks like it's not only the media Buttons commen with the MCE Remotes are effected but the whole input thing?

Also - there are no Kodi plugins installed - but as for now Keybaord input Plugin and Auto3D from the Extension Manager

I moved your thread cause iMON is a totally different story, so it's not the 'same issue'.

In iMON manager you need to use the MCE compatibility mode.
Then in MP config you must not use the HID input handler but rather the Media input handler.
Then you can try mapping buttons in iMON Manager to the proper Media commands or MP shortcut.
    Good luck!

I tried it that way too of course - assuming that as I'm using mostly Keybaod commands this would be the way to go - and it was working for years that way. Even using the pre releases of 1.13 were working fine - I never used the official release. But now during the reinstall it stopped.

Also - why are the keybaord commands are not accepted anymore? They arrive at the PC - but running MP nothing is happening.

What's making me wonder - why do I have the same symptoms (arrow Keys and Ok working only)?

In the Log it looks like this - so even as it sees "ESC" it does nothing

Can't be the solution that a before working implementation now needs a secondary plugin.

You can perhaps copy your settings to a new application (notepad.exe) that way, you can see if the keyboard commands get through.
I also have a testing program to see which ir-codes the imon is receiving if you think you'll need it

The thing is - they get through - I can see it when setting the commands in in imon. I tried to use IRSS and at least the basic commands work there. What I'm going to do next is to reinstall 1.12 and see if it works there.

Ok, let me know how that works out. If 1.12 is working and 1.13 isn't I sure would want to know before I'm going to update (Still on 1.10 as there were no new worthwhile features/bugfixes)

Hm - now installed 259257_MediaPortalSetup_1.12.100_2015-11-20-09-24.zip (which is an 13 prerelease) - and it's working ... so next is to install teh release again and see what's going to happen ...
