If you have a problem that does not get corrected in 24hrs, and you have checked it exists, then I would post on their forum and see if they can help resolve why its not being accessed.

It should be sorted now (although still slow - but nothing we can do about that just now).

For a few hours it works fine.

Yeah its still having problems for me today aswell.

Error returned is something like, could not connect to http:\\tvdb.com... mirror.

Hope it gets fixed soon! lol

Edit: Its kind of working but very intermittent, Now my problem is trying to actually import my files

I'm trying to import;
Family Guy
South Park
American Dad

But only Southpark is showing up in the Details tab... Tried everything and still no dice

Edit Edit: Found a fix, i deleted my tvseries database file and that seemed to fix many issues plus parsing is quicker!

anyone having any issues, then i would suggest you copy your old database file before deleting it, the file is located here: C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\database

I too had that problem, but i manged to fix it by deleting the tvseries database file, and reimporting and that seemed to fix the problem for me

Ok where can i find that file? Because when i clear the db with MP-TVSeries it help nothing.
