Hi,
there is an existing method in the original solution which periodical checks when the next tv program will start and store the position of the tswriter. I can add a method to check if this position is still valid or not (invalid if the ts buffer was overwritten) and I can use it.
But…
What can I do when the stored position was overwritten?

• Copy the full buffer.
• Do not copy because we lost begin of the tv show, so the buffer is not important for us.

What can I do when there is no program information?

• Copy the full buffer.
• Do not copy.

Doesn't make sense to include the ts buffer from a wrong channel, so I would say: Do not copy
