Install 0.2 RC4 (1 Viewer)

I have MP 0.2 RC3 running on my HTPC, do I have to uninstall/delete it before installing RC4 because of any major changes or can I just override RC3?

- Uninstall RC3
- Delete the Installation directory
- Reboot PC
- Install RC4

Have another question regarding upgrade from RC3 to RC4.

I have spent the last couple of days configuring my setup, so I don't want to do it again, witch files/folders do I need to backup and is it as simple as just copying them to another place and then copy them back after the RC4 install?

Part of updates may be a slight difference in the database reading, and thats why they recommend a clean install, Yes we know it is a pain, so i would say, wait until there is some functionality you particularly want, or a bug that is affecting you, that has been resolved.
The final release may not be too far in the distant future so have patience.

Cool, kinda "solves" my problem getting SVN updating to work on XP64... hope this one works better for me

Thanks, I made a clean reinstall and the RC4 works much better (eg starts up faster) than the RC3. I am really happy with it and look forward to the 0.2 Final release 8) .
