installation hangs (1 Viewer)

    When trying to update to the latest release (1.7.1 hotfix), the installer hangs on the main screen. I will be glad to attach installation log files. where are they located?
    The following actions did not help:
    I enabled .net 3.5.
    I manually stopped tvServer.

    There are no log files...
    I guess that means that nothing really begins.

    Thanks. I already used 7zip to kind of manually install. I do not know if I can go back to the previous conditions to try to install 1.7.1 again.

    You can always do that with the installer, since it has a re-install option.
    As an alternative you can ALWAYS up/downgrade with the packages inside the installer (when you extract those with 7zip for example).
