Installing on Windows Vista RC2 (1 Viewer)

I have used a batch-file(run as administrator) for a while and it has worked well, but today I'm back in 2869 error. none of above workarounds works now????

Totally confused, setupplugin.msi installs without problem????

Turn User Account Control off and re-start.
